This appointment follows the departure of Raffaele Palladino, who was officially dismissed the day before. The former Lazio coach, who also spent time with Naples and Juventus, is ready to open a new chapter on the Atalanta bench. He led Lazio to the Italian Cup final last year, notably eliminating Dea in the semi-final. His arrival also coincides with the prospect of reuniting with Cristiano Giuntoli, with whom he has already worked in Naples.
