Inter: Frattesi on departure, Juventus and Nottingham Forest on the lookout

Under the Milanese heat, the Inter Milan transfer window is racing, and the future of Davide Frattesi is moving away from the nerazzurro club. Arriving in Lombardy in 2024, the Italian international has never managed to establish himself in Simone Inzaghi's squad. This season, Frattesi has only made 33 appearances in all competitions (22 in Serie A, 3 in the Italian Cup, 7 in the Champions League, 1 in the Italian Super Cup), most often as a substitute, without scoring a single goal or providing an assist. In the championship, he only started three times, proof of a secondary role far from his ambitions.

After a season spent in the shadows, Frattesi, once decisive during Inter's superb European campaign, would now be determined to leave in order to find playing time and a central place in a sporting project.

Nottingham Forest has already come forward and is closely following the matter, even if an arrival would be conditional on a big sale on the English side (Elliot Anderson could leave the club for a sum estimated at 130 million pounds, which would finance the operation).

But England is not the only serious prospect: Juventus, now managed in part by Giovanni Carnevali, who had been a key player in Frattesi's transfer to Sassuolo, is still said to be very interested. According to the Italian press, the Bianconeri could offer an exchange with Andrea Cambiaso or Federico Gatti in order to lower the compensation requested by Inter (around 30 million euros). The Milan club would, however, favor a direct transfer, with the proceeds of the sale conditioning other movements in the transfer window.

Frattesi's desire is clear: above all, he wants to play and once again become a major element of an ambitious sporting project. An opportunity that Spalletti's Juve could offer him, a coach who has already demonstrated his confidence in the Italian environment in the past.
