Jeff Ekhator reports to Juventus: 'I'm in the right team to improve'

Juventus has finalized the definitive purchase of Jeff Ekhator from Genoa for a total sum close to 18 million euros (bonus included). The young striker from 2006 spoke after the signing and said he wanted to progress under the eye of Spalletti.
Juventus today formalized the arrival of Jeff Ekhator. The Turin club has completed the permanent transfer of the striker born in 2006 from Genoa, for a total offer of around 18 million euros, bonus included. Ekhator has signed a contract until June 30, 2031.

Shortly after the signing, the former Genoa player spoke to the official Juventus channels. “I am an attacking player who mainly looks for depth,” he explained. “But in the last few years, with the coaches I've had, I've also learned to play for the team and not just make deep calls, to help them by keeping the ball. There are still a lot of things I need to improve and work on, I think I'm in the right team to do it. And with the mister (Spalletti), I believe there is the possibility of growing even more. »
The club confirmed the operation through a press release posted on its official accounts, announcing the registration of the final transfer and the signing of the contract linking Ekhator to Juventus until 2031. The player, described as an axial profile capable of breaking through the opposing lines, arrives with the ambition to evolve and adapt to the bianconero sporting project.
