Juve Stabia obtains a recapitalization following a proposal presented to the Naples Court. The operation secures the club's participation in the next Serie B championship and reduces to nothing the possibility of readmission for Bari.
Juve Stabia is saved. After weeks of uncertainty over the future of the club, the hearing held today at the Court of Naples marked the turning point awaited by the gialloblù environment: a recapitalization proposal was presented and paves the way for the safeguarding of the company and its registration for the next Serie B championship.
During the hearing, Alfredo Guerri, on behalf of the company Domus Srl, submitted a binding offer aimed precisely at the recapitalization of the club. This step is considered essential to guarantee the necessary financial resources and meet the deadlines planned for registration for the cadet championship.
The hearing took place before delegate judge Teresa Areniello, in the presence of magistrates Antonello Ardituro and Francesco De Falco, as part of the judicial administration procedure which concerns Juve Stabia. The magistrates took note of the proposal and now reserve the right to complete the evaluations provided for by the procedure.

Guerri's initiative complements the work carried out by judicial administrators Salvatore Scarpa and Mario Ferrara, who had already decided in recent days to launch the recapitalization of the club. Thanks to this operation, Juve Stabia can turn the page on recent concerns and focus again on its sports programming.
The club confirmed the outcome of the hearing with an official statement, thanking the institutions and parties involved in the process that led to this important result. For the gialloblù community, this is a strong signal, which restores confidence after a delicate period.
The revival of Juve Stabia also closes the door to Bari's hopes. The turn taken in recent hours effectively rules out the prospect of exclusion of the Campana team from the Serie B championship - a scenario which would have allowed a readmission of the Biancorossi, relegated to Serie C following the play-out lost against SudTirol. With the entry of Guerri and the recapitalization process now launched, this possibility now appears compromised.
