Juventus revive Tarik Muharemovic track, consider including Vasilije Adzic in deal

Juventus is showing renewed interest in Tarik Muharemovic, currently at Sassuolo, taking advantage of a resale clause which would offer him a significant discount. The Turin club is also considering the loan of Vasilije Adzic to facilitate the transaction, while other clubs, particularly in the Premier League, are also in the running.
According to reports from Italy, Juventus have rekindled their interest in Tarik Muharemovic, a defender currently under contract with Sassuolo. Having passed through the Old Lady before joining Sassuolo in 2024, the Bosnian could return to Turin during the next summer transfer window.
The Bianconero club has a considerable advantage in this matter: a resale clause which guarantees it 50% of the amount of Muharemovic's next transfer. Concretely, if Juventus were to buy the player this summer, they would benefit from a half reduction on the price set by Sassuolo.

In order to convince the nervous club, Juventus would consider including in the transaction the loan of Vasilije Adzic, a promising young midfielder. This option would make it possible to attract Sassuolo, who however hope to benefit from an increase in the value of Muharemovic after the World Cup, where the player could reveal himself. Note that the Bosnian international recently faced Italy in the European qualifying play-offs for the 2026 World Cup, a sign of his growing exposure on the international scene.
The Italians will nevertheless have to deal with competition: several Premier League clubs have also expressed interest in Muharemovic, which could trigger a bidding war on the transfer market. Sassuolo does not hide that such a scenario could be favorable to them.
Juventus, for its part, considers that the defender is ready to take a step forward and join a team aiming to qualify for the Champions League next season - the possibility of participating in the Europa League would also constitute an ideal springboard for the 23-year-old player. Despite the advantageous resale clause, the file promises to be complex for the people of Turin, who will have to be convincing in their negotiations with Sassuolo.
