Scottish transfer window: Ivor Pandur joins Rangers, Jack Butland goes to Hull City

Rangers are close to completing the transfer of Ivor Pandur from Hull City for £6million. The 26-year-old Croatian goalkeeper has just completed his medical examination in the United States, on the sidelines of Croatia's preparation for the World Cup, and is preparing to join the Ibrox club. In return, Jack Butland, 33-year-old English goalkeeper, will take charge of Hull City in a deal estimated at 3 million pounds. This operation is motivated by Rangers' need to respect the rules of Financial Fair Play, particularly after their rise to the Premier League, which forced them to sell certain players. Furthermore, Rangers are also considering the permanent purchase of Ben Godfrey, central defender on loan from Atalanta, for an amount of 3.8 million pounds, to be made during the next summer transfer window. In other Scottish clubs, several transfers are underway: Bryan Reynolds, right back linked to Rangers, is expected to join Rennes for around 3.45 million pounds from Westerlo. Aberdeen, for their part, rejected various offers deemed insufficient for Finnish midfielder Topi Keskinen, while Elfsborg is approaching an agreement with Aberdeen for right-back Alexander Jensen for around 500,000 pounds. Several other players are the subject of interest from clubs, reflecting the significant activity on the Scottish market during this transfer window.
