Noa Lang eager to return to Naples to succeed with his club

Noa Lang will participate with the Netherlands at the World Cup in Canada, the United States and Mexico. At the end of his loan to Galatasaray, he will return to Naples with the ambition to succeed there. His father Jeffrey underlines the need for Noa to impose himself in training to seize his chance, while respecting the hierarchy of Dutch attackers.

Noa Lang is preparing to take part in the World Cup with the Dutch selection, after being called up by Ronald Koeman for the competition which will take place in the United States, Mexico and Canada. Jeffrey Lang, the father of the Dutch winger under contract with Naples, spoke to De Telegraaf, expressing his joy but also his lucidity in the face of the challenge that awaits his son.

"It all starts in training. That's where you have to prove your worth, and if an opportunity presents itself, you have to seize it," explained Jeffrey Lang. He recognizes the fierce competition in the Oranje offensive sector, with Malen, Gakpo, Brobbey, and other regular national team executives.

“I think that Cody Gakpo has been doing things very well for several years with the selection. As long as Cody is performing well, Noa will have to wait patiently for his turn and show his seriousness in training. Then, when his moment comes, he will have to seize his chance without backing down,” added the father of the 26-year-old player.

Finally, he spoke about Noa Lang's future with Naples, the club to which he is linked even if he was loaned to Galatasaray in the middle of the season. With new coaches arriving and playing time to be expected under Antonio Conte now gone, Noa Lang is ready to return to establish himself.

"Whatever happens, Noa is impatient. He really wants to succeed there. In the end, it's the performances on the pitch that count, so it's up to him to demonstrate it," concluded Jeffrey Lang, confident in his son's potential to win in Naples and the Dutch team.
