Raúl Jiménez drops to the Championship to return to Wolverhampton

After three productive seasons at Fulham, Raúl Jiménez is set to leave Craven Cottage for a return to Wolves, where he has already scored 57 goals between 2018 and 2023. He has signed a two-year contract with an option for a further season.
Raúl Jiménez will leave Fulham at the end of his contract, on June 30, 2026, to join Wolverhampton Wanderers, relegated to the Championship. The Mexican striker thus ends his three-season spell at Craven Cottage.

Arriving at Fulham three years ago, Jiménez had successful campaigns in the Premier League: he scored more than 30 goals and regularly contributed to the London club's good ranking in the league. Despite this individual and collective success, he chose to return to a club that marked his career.
This is a return for the former Wolves player, whom he played between 2018 and 2023. During this first period at Wolverhampton, Jiménez scored 57 goals in 166 games. The player signed a two-year contract with an option for a third season, thus sealing his commitment to the newly relegated English club.
