Marco Bevilacqua introduced himself from Salernitana's pre-season training camp in Cascia, with measured but enthusiastic words. It is an honor to be trained by the mister and I found a strong and united group. »

After a complicated season at Foggia, concluded by relegation, Bevilacqua did not hesitate in the face of the granata call: “When I knew there was this opportunity, I had no difficulty in saying yes. » For him, as for the other young people in the group, Salernitana represents “a huge opportunity” to be approached with seriousness and responsibility.

On a sporting level, the young attacker is observant and ambitious. He said he enjoys watching the executives in the offensive sector: “I like watching Facundo Lescano and Franco Ferrari. We can coexist very well. » He describes himself as a forward capable of linking the game and attacking from deep, a useful profile for varying the coach's offensive options.

His first feelings on the pitch were positive, including during a test against a local selection, where he was able to get his bearings in the granata context. Finally, the player reserved a word for the supporters and the arena: “Playing at Arechi was a spectacle. I can't wait to come back as a Salernitana player: it will be a huge emotion. »

These statements, made from the Cascia preparation center, paint the portrait of a young person in search of confirmation after a delicate year. It remains to transform this motivation into daily performance to convince the coach and earn his place in the club's offensive rotation.

The rest
